Registration Fee
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be made in USD (International) and MYR (Malaysia). The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money. Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender's Side.

- CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds will be provided after registration. Please note: author registrations are non-refundable.

The registration fee covers the abstract compilation (since it is a journal based, no papers will be included), conference program guide and meals. Travelling and lodging fees are not included.
Registration Terms and Conditions
- For Scopus Journal and ISI Journal Web of Science is 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged USD 100 per page.
- Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refund if you cannot participate in the conference.
- For all accepted papers, the registration fee need to be paid before the deadline.
- No-Show (Did not come to the conference) Participant/Presenter cannot ask for any materials to be sent to the Author UNLESS with a certain fee (Email Conference Organizer). Minimum is USD30 (Malaysia)
- Each paper will only get One Certificate. Extra certificate can be obtained through a certain fee.
- Authors agreed that the publication of the journals/papers/book chapters will takes 2 – 12 months from the conference date
- Access to the Publisher database is not provided by Organizer except for Direct Open Access Journal (DOAJ). Author must use their institution subscription for the access. Author has no right to ask Organizer for the copy. Hardcopy version is also not provided by either Conference Organizer or Journal Publisher.
- Journal Publisher or Organizer has right to cancel any manuscript that does not meet the conference track or the paper is not suitable for their Journal. WITHOUT author and co-author(s) CONSENT. In that case, affected author will be NOT BE contacted for several alternative options such as move into another Publisher or etc.
- Author must make sure that their article is written based on Journal Publisher Topic AND Organizer Tracks. Organizer has right to cancel any journal that has not meet the guideline without Author and co-author(s) consent.
All terms and conditions will be applied automatically once payment has been made.

3) Final Manuscript submission – in .DOCX/.DOC Only (not PDF)
